Primelite Mfg’s Post Lights are very versatile fixtures. Designed to fit our 3″ aluminum posts, we’ve found that many of your projects include existing posts and poles. Installing our Pier Mounts can easily transform an existing post into a Primelite ready mount!

Whether square post or round post, whether home on the range or backyard building, our Pier Mounted Post Lights, on post or pole, will satisfy the illumination of your needs.

Pier Mounts

Pier Mounts, which are adaptor caps that mount atop an existing post, pier or pole, allows the installation of our Post Light fixtures, including the new #116/16-1594 LED, into an existing posted environment.

Of our numerous Pier Mounts, Pier Mount #2 is designed to fit atop an existing square post while Pier Mount #5 is for your round posts. We even offer a Pier Mount #4, thats specifically designed for plastic fence posts. Whatever you’ve got, we’ve got you converted.

Post Light #116/16-1594 LED

Our newest Post Light, #116/16-1594 LED, brings a Dark Sky friendly lighting to any project or installation. While at the same time helps combat the over-saturation of urban glow. Further helping the planet, and your pocketbook, our light comes with a choice of energy efficient LED options – LED22, LED40 and LED68; 1800, 5100, and 7712 lumens, respectively.

Bonus points! Post Light #116/16-1594 LED is Dark Sky friendly. Is economically LED. Has Primelite’s excellent quality and craftsmanship. Is classically styled. Is affordable, and, available in 29 powder coated colors!

Our Easter Egg Lights are available in blue, green, orange, purple, red, white and even yellow.

Primelite continues to do our part to help promote dark skies* with the release of our “Dark Sky Friendly” LED Post Light, #1198. The included LEDs are nestled in the fixture’s top, avoiding uplight light-spill, and helping to avoid any additional contribution to light pollution.

The Post Light #1198 offers a pleasant illumination and is perfect in any urban, suburban or commercial exterior situation. Parks, parking lots, walkways, town squares, sidewalks would all benefit from the cost saving of our LED streetlights.

We’ve been thinking, and what better topic for the subject of our next blog post than our fabulous Primelite Posts!!! Get it? Got it? Good!

Okay, so maybe our humor isn’t top-notch, but our posts certainly are! Square or round, 2 feet or 20 feet tall, black or turquoise, our poles come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. You even have your choice of materials – we offer aluminum, polythane, and cedar wood posts. Our aluminum posts come as direct burial or surface mount with a shoe base. You can customize any of the posts by adding a ladder rest, hand hole, electric eye, convenience outlet, or shoe base cover. We can also make round and square post caps to give your post that decorative finish. Speaking of decorative posts, we have a selection of fluted posts and bases that are guaranteed to be that extra special piece you need.
