This week’s featured fixtures are a “Best of Primelite.” Join us as we revisit some of our most popular LED fixtures.

Whether you call them Barn Lights, Factory Shades or RLMs, our pendants are stylish, strong and now available in LED. This week, Primelite is featuring our Barn Light #23-18 series. Available in diameters from 10″ to an outstanding 24″, all fixtures are available in LED12, while the 16″, 19″ and 24″ shades are also offered in LED22.

Industrial and chic before its time, our barn lights are a blast from Primelite’s past. In fact we’re still using the same manufacturing process as in the 1960s! Our shades definitely have that authentic and nostalgic charm retro-fans and designers desire.

Constructed of spun aluminum, our Factory Shades / Barn Lights are handcrafted and hand assembled in our warehouse. Isn’t it time our lights brightened your warehouse, barn or home? Primelite’s Barn Light #23-18 series includes the LED array (12 watt or 22 watt, 3 or 4K), 18″ stem, canopy and is available in any of our 29 powder coated colors.

This week we’re #tbt-ing a page from one of our 1970s Primelite catalogs, featuring our Victorian “Gaslamp by Primelite” series. Reflecting the last century’s growing re-interest in Victorian styling, our Gaslamps captured the spirit, and feeling, of the old-time lighting. Updated with modern materials and finishes, the series was available in Old English Brass, Antique Gold, Antique White, as well in special antique finishes. The Gaslamp series featured old-skool style glass globes and shades in updated colors. You can be sure these Gaslamps brightened many homes, restaurants, offices, dens and playrooms throughout the decade.

These fabulous pendants were all the rage in home decor back in the 1970s. Part of our “Spanish D’Light” collection, these pendants featured definite Spanish influences, with lots of wrought iron and jewel-toned glass. Perfect complements to the Mediterranean influenced living rooms and dens of the period.

Buzzzzz! As Seen on TV!

Globe #480GNO Was Featured on Bull! (CBS)

Have you heard the Buzzzzz? Primelite recently guest starred on the new CBS series “Bull”! Well actually Primelite’s orange globes were the stars. Appearing in a coffee shop scene, in episode 8, our 20″ #480GNO orange globes glowed as brightly as the California sunshine! Complementing the orange decor, and colorfully supporting the actors and actresses in this important scene. The raves and glowing reviews were unanimous; “Can a recurring role be in the cards?” Inquiring minds want to know?

#tbtPrimelite A Bit of the Outside, In!

#tbtPrimelite: The Nineteen-Seventies was a very “natural” time in the interior design sensibilities of America. Houseplants had became a major design element as plants, moved from porches and yards and, took up a major presence in America’s homes. Primelite Mfg recognized the trend and introduced these hanging garden lights, flower pot and artificial flowers included!

Inspired by the Spanish influence in interior design at the time, our garden candelabras were constructed of wrought iron, with many featuring fanciful scrolling. But it was the popular colors of the time, including Yellow, Harvest Gold, Avocado, Apple Green, Pool Table Green and Earth Brown, that really captured the nineteen seventies.
